Various useful resources for staff on both campuses can be found below.

Events and Scheduling

To schedule any part of the campus facilities on the blind campus in KCK, you must use the Google Calendar system. You can get to your calendar by going to < https://www.google.com/calendar >. Available rooms are listed if you click the "Rooms, etc." link while creating a new event. You will receive an automated email with instructions on how to complete your request via the facilities use form.

Facilities Work Orders

To request work from the operations and facilities department, staff should submit a ticket using our online Work Order Form. You must be logged into your kssdb.org account to use this form. For issues that pose an immediate safety risk to people or state property, please call security and operations immediately.

Technology Help Desk

To request technical assistance, use the appropriate contact information below. In general, staff should contact the help desk for the campus where the problem is occurring. If you are experiencing a problem while off campus, please contact the campus which houses your main office.
